Text
The state engineer shall
perform all duties imposed upon him by law and, when called upon by the governor,
shall give his counsel and services to any state department or institution. He shall
be allowed all actual traveling and other necessary expenses and the actual cost of
preparing necessary maps and drawings, which actual expenses shall be paid by
the department or institution requiring his services.
