Text
(1)Said compact shall not become
operative unless and until the same has been ratified by the legislature of each of
the signatory states and consented to by the congress of the United States, in the
manner provided by, and in conformity with, said compact, and the governor of the
state of Colorado shall give notice of the approval of said compact, by this act, to
the governor of the state of New Mexico and to the president of the United States.
(2)The amendments to said compact shall not become operative unless and
until the same shall have been ratified by the legislature of each of the signatory
states and consented to by the congress of the United States, in the manner
provided by, and in conformity with, said compact, and the governor of the state of
