Text
The Colorado share of the
expenses of the upper Colorado river commission and the expenses and the
compensation of the Colorado member of that commission shall be paid out of
funds appropriated by the general assembly to the Colorado water conservation
board and warrants shall be drawn against such appropriations upon vouchers
signed by the governor and the director of the Colorado water conservation board.
