§ 37-62-104 — Appointment of Colorado member of commission
After the
said compact becomes effective, the Colorado member of the upper Colorado river
commission shall be appointed by the governor, and shall serve until revocation of
his appointment by the governor, and, on behalf of the upper Colorado river
commission, the state of Colorado shall pay his necessary expenses and also
compensation in an amount which shall be fixed by the governor, and when so fixed
shall be changed only by the governor.
