§ 37-60-111 — Compensation of members - director - employees

(1)Each appointed member of the board not otherwise in full-time employment of the state shall receive a per diem allowance of fifty dollars for each day actually and necessarily spent in the discharge of official duties, and all members shall receive traveling and other necessary expenses actually incurred in the performance of official duties. Per diem and other expenses paid under this section shall be from moneys appropriated from the Colorado water conservation board construction fund.
(2)The office of director of the water conservation board is hereby created. The board shall appoint a person who is well versed in water matters and qualified by experience, knowledge, and personality to represent the board and carry out its functions. The director shall be the chief admin
