§ 37-60-108 — Seal - rules and regulations
The board shall adopt a seal, and
all documents to be executed by the board shall be under such seal, signed by the
chairman or vice-chairman and attested by the secretary. From time to time, the
board may adopt suitable rules and regulations as are necessary or expedient for
the conduct of its business and the administration of this article.
