Text
Notice of an election held pursuant to this
article shall be given by publication by three consecutive weekly insertions in at
least one newspaper of general circulation in each county wholly or partially within
the district, as determined by the board. No other notice of an election held under
this article need be given, unless otherwise provided by the board. A supplemental
notice may be given by publication at such times and places as the board may
determine to be necessary or convenient for correcting or otherwise modifying the
original notice of election or for any other purpose.
