Text
(1)An elector or elector of the district,
or any term of similar import, means a person who:
(a)At the time of the election, is qualified to vote in general elections in this
state; and
(b)Either:
(I)Has been a resident of the district for not less than thirty-two days at the
time of the election; or
(II)Owns or whose spouse owns taxable real or personal property within the
district.
(2)Registration pursuant to the laws concerning general elections or any
other laws shall not be required.
