Text
Whenever in this article an election of the electors of
the district or a subdistrict therein is permitted or required, the election may be
held separately at a special election or may be held concurrently with any primary
or general election held under the laws of this state; but no election shall be held at
the same time as any regular election of any city, town, or school district if any part
of the area thereof is located within the boundaries of the district or subdistrict, as
the case may be.
