Text
The expenses of the
election shall be paid by the Colorado water conservation board to the extent of
fifteen thousand dollars, and there is hereby appropriated to said board the sum of
fifteen thousand dollars to be used for this purpose and no other. Each county is
entitled to a fraction of said sum, the numerator of which is the election expense
incurred by each such county and the denominator of which is the total election
expense of all such counties.
