Text
(1)Except as provided in this article, an
election held pursuant to this article shall be opened and conducted in the manner
provided by the laws of the state of Colorado for the conduct of general elections
except that only taxpaying electors may vote in such election. Registration
pursuant to the general election laws or any other statute is not required.
(2)Any taxpaying elector may vote in any election by absent voter's ballot
under the terms and conditions and in substantially the same manner, insofar as is
practicable, as prescribed in the Uniform Election Code of 1992 for general
elections.
