§ 37-47-102 — Definitions

Colorado·Title 37 Water and·Art. Southwestern Water Conservation District

As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1)District means the Southwestern Water Conservation District. The district is a body corporate and politic and a political subdivision of the state of Colorado.
(2)Person means a person, firm, partnership, association, or corporation.
(3)Property, as used in section 37-47-109 (1), includes both real and personal property. In other parts of said article relating to special assessments, unless otherwise specified, it means real estate as real estate is defined by the law of the state of Colorado and embraces all railroads, tramroads, electric railroads, state and interurban railroads, highways, telephone, telegraph and transmission lines, water systems, water rights, pipelines, and rights-of-way of public servic
