Text
(1)An elector, elector of the district, or
elector of the subdistrict, or any term of similar import, means a person:
(a)Who, at the time of the election, is qualified to vote in general elections in
this state; and
(b)Who is a resident of the district or subdistrict proposing to incur an
indebtedness at the time of the election.
(2)Registration pursuant to the laws concerning general elections or any
other laws shall not be required.
