Text
The electors of the district
shall be qualified to vote on the question of dissolving the district. If a majority of
votes are for dissolution of the district, the district shall be dissolved as provided in
section 37-45-152. Any objections to the election, or proceedings to invalidate the
election, must be filed in the court within thirty days from the date of the election.
Errors, omissions, and irregularities not affecting substantial rights shall be
disregarded.
