Text

Upon qualification, the board of directors shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, a plan for the improvements for which the district was created. Such plan shall include such maps, profiles, plans, other data and descriptions as may be necessary to give the proper location and character of the work contemplated, and the specific property to be benefited thereby, that portion to be furnished with a supply of reservoir water for the irrigation thereof or to supplement inadequate water rights already appurtenant thereto, or used for the irrigation thereof, or any lands lying either within or without the boundaries of the district, the drainage of which may be deemed directly or indirectly beneficial to the lands within the district, and that portion of said district requiring flood
