§ 37-43-210 — Compensation of director of contracting district
Amounts paid to a director of a contracting district for services rendered pursuant to a salinity control contract shall be excluded from and not considered to be a part of compensation subject to the limitations imposed by section 37-41-108 or 37-42-110
(3).
