Text
(1)Notwithstanding the provisions of section 37-41-104 (1), a contracting district shall
not be required to submit to the state engineer:
(a)Plans for the construction, operation, or maintenance of salinity control
laterals; or
(b)Information concerning such salinity control laterals.
(2)Notwithstanding the provisions of section 37-41-104 (1), a contracting
district shall not be required to obtain a decision from the state engineer as to the
feasibility of construction, operation, and maintenance of salinity control laterals.
