Text

Upon authorization of its board of directors, a contracting district shall have the authority to obtain loans, upon such terms and granting such security for repayment thereof as the board deems proper, to defray the annual expenses of operation and maintenance required to perform a salinity control contract. Such loans shall not be subject to any other requirement or limitation in this article or in articles 41 to 43 of this title.
