Text
Whenever all the property of such
irrigation district has been disposed of, and all indebtedness and obligations
thereof, if any, have been discharged, the balance of the money of said district shall
be distributed to the assessment payers in said district as named in the last
assessment roll in the proportion in which each has contributed to the total amount
of said assessments.
