§ 37-43-105 — Increasing number of directors

Colorado·Title 37 Water and·Art. Irrigation Districts of 1905 and 1921
The board of directors of any irrigation district in the state of Colorado may submit to the electors of any such district the question of whether or not the number of directors of such district shall be increased from three to five.
