Text

(1)The board of directors of any irrigation district organized under this article, as soon as organized, shall adopt a definite and complete plan for carrying out the purposes of its organization, which plan shall include a definite means for the irrigation or reclamation of the lands included within such area, as well as the plans proposed for financing such undertaking. This plan shall be set out at length in the record of the proceedings of the board of directors.
