§ 37-42-111 — Meetings of directors - notice

The board of directors shall hold its regular meetings at least four times each year, which may be immediately following the general election and on the first Tuesday of April, July, and October of each year, or, in the alternative, at such other times as may be designated in the bylaws, rules, or regulations adopted by the board, and such special meetings as are called, on at least five days' notice, by a majority of the board. All special and regular meetings must be held where practicable within the district or, if not so practicable, within the boundaries of any county in which the district is located, in whole or in part, or in any county so long as the meeting location is within twenty miles of the district boundaries.
