(1)Every five
years, beginning on July 1, 2029, the dollar amounts set forth in sections 37-41-107
(5), 37-41-108, and 37-41-113 (4) increase by the rate of inflation, rounded to the
nearest dollar.
(2)As used in this section, unless the context otherwise requires, inflation
means the annual percentage change in the United States department of labor's
bureau of labor statistics consumer price index, or a successor index, for Denver-Aurora-Lakewood for all items paid for by urban consumers.
