§ 37-41-160 — Single election precincts
In any election conducted by an
irrigation district organized prior to March 3, 1953, the board of directors of such
district may order, in its discretion, that the entire district shall constitute one
election precinct. In such event the board shall establish one polling place in said
precinct and shall appoint only three judges of election, who shall constitute a
board of election, and all qualified voters voting at such election shall vote at the
polling place so established.
