The president of the board of
directors of any such irrigation district, when authorized by resolution of the board
of directors, is empowered to execute, acknowledge, and deliver all deeds of
conveyance necessary to convey such property to the purchaser thereof, such deed
of conveyance to be attested by the secretary of such irrigation district under its
seal, and when so executed such deed of conveyance shall be held to convey the
entire title of such irrigation district to the purchaser thereof.
