§ 37-41-139 — Records - evidence
Upon the filing of the copies of the order and
the plat as provided in section 37-41-138, the secretary shall record the petition in
the minutes of the board. The minutes, or a certified copy thereof, shall be
admissible in evidence with the same effect as the petition.
