Text
It is declared to be the policy of the
state of Colorado to encourage transmission of information among agencies of the
state of Colorado, political subdivisions of the state of Colorado, and private
citizens and businesses of the state of Colorado concerning the conservation,
protection, and development of the water resources of the state of Colorado and to
coordinate the efforts of these entities and individuals in the field of water resource
conservation, protection, and development; and participation in and support of
organizations organized or existing for such purposes is declared to be a public
purpose.
