Text
A notice of such election shall
be given as provided in this article. The notice shall specify the time of holding the
election and the amount of bonds proposed to be issued. The election shall be held
and the results determined and declared as nearly as possible in conformity with
the provisions of this article governing the election of directors. No informalities in
conducting such election shall invalidate the same if the election has been
otherwise fairly conducted. At such election the ballots shall contain the words
Bonds - Yes or Bonds - No.
