Text
The title to property acquired
under the provisions of this article shall vest in such drainage district in its
corporate name. Said property shall be held by such district in trust for and is
dedicated and set apart for the uses and purposes set forth in this article and shall
be exempt from taxation, and the board of directors is authorized to hold, use and
acquire, manage, occupy, and possess said property.
