§ 37-31-139 — Certification of property values
It is the duty of the county
assessor of Mesa county, Colorado, in making his return each year, to designate the
property situated within the limits of the said district and to certify to the board of
directors of the said drainage district the total valuation for assessment of all
taxable property within the district.
