§ 37-31-136 — Treasurer's fees
The county treasurer of Mesa county, Colorado,
shall charge and receive for duties required of him to be performed and for
handling the taxes of said district the same fees and commissions as are paid to him
under the laws of Colorado upon school taxes in counties of the first class.
