§ 37-31-130 — Location of office
The office of the drainage district shall be
located in the county of Mesa, at a place to be determined by the board of directors
of the drainage district. The board of directors shall elect a president from the
members of the board, appoint a secretary who may or may not be a director, and
adopt a seal.
