Text
The board of directors shall choose one of
its members to serve as treasurer of the board and may choose one of its members
to serve as secretary of the board. The secretary and treasurer may be one person,
and if such is the case, he shall be a member of the board. The treasurer shall
execute a bond in a sum to be determined by the board of directors, with a
corporate surety authorized and licensed to do business in this state as surety, and
shall file the same in the office of the county clerk and recorder of Mesa county.
