§ 37-31-126 — Bonds of directors
Each director shall execute a bond in the
penal sum of two thousand dollars, with sureties approved by the county judge of
Mesa county, Colorado, and file the same in the office of the county clerk and
recorder of said county. Said bonds shall be in the form prescribed by law for
county officers making the drainage district obligee therein.
