Text
In case of a vacancy in the board
of directors by failure of any person named or elected to the office to qualify, or by
death, removal, or inability from any cause to properly discharge the duties of a
director, the board of county commissioners of Mesa county, Colorado, shall
appoint a director who shall hold his office until the next regular election in said
district and until his successor is elected and qualified.
