Text
The election of any person declared duly
elected as a director at any election may be contested by any qualified elector
residing within the division from which such director was chosen, upon the grounds
provided for such contest for the election of county officers by the general law of
the state, and any district judge has jurisdiction to hear and determine said contest,
said contest to be conducted in the same manner, under the same rules and
procedure, and with like effect as is provided by law for the contest of county
officers.
