Text
At least twenty days before any
election, the board, by resolution, shall call such election, shall designate the
polling places in each precinct, and shall name the judges of election. The board
shall also give notice of the time of such election by publication of a notice of
election in some newspaper of general circulation published in said district by two
insertions of said notice one week apart, the last insertion to be at least three days
before the election.
