Text
Nominations for membership on said
board shall be made by petitions signed by not less than twenty-five qualified
electors. Said petitions shall be signed and the residence address of the signers
affixed thereon, and the petitions shall be sworn to in the same manner as provided
by law for petitions for nominations for state and county officers. Said petitions
shall be filed at least twenty days before the election with the secretary of the
board, and a list of the nominees so selected shall be published by the board with
its election notice.
