§ 37-30-104 — Lessee advance assessments
When the state lands included in
a drainage project are leased, the state board of land commissioners in its
discretion may require the lessee to pay to the state board of land commissioners
an amount annually, to cover in whole or in part the drainage assessments. The
additional amount so paid shall be used to pay in whole or in part the drainage
assessments.
