Text
Upon presentation of such petition or
resolution, the court shall cause a notice to be published forthwith at least once
each week for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in each
county where the district or parts thereof lie. Such notice shall recite that a petition
or resolution for dissolution of the district has been filed, shall describe generally
the territory of the district, and shall further specify the time and places of election,
which time shall not be less than sixty days nor more than ninety days after the
date of the last publication of the notice. If an objection to the petition or resolution
is filed in such court by an owner of land situated within said district within twenty
