Text
The county treasurer of each
county comprising a portion only of a drainage district, on the first Monday of each
month, shall remit to the treasurer of the drainage district all moneys belonging to
said drainage district. The board of directors is authorized to pay all legal claims
against said district by warrants drawn on the district treasurer, as provided in
section 37-22-104.
