Text
The treasurer shall collect, receive, and
receipt for all moneys belonging to said drainage district. It is the duty of the
county treasurer of each county in which any drainage district is located in whole or
in part to collect and receipt for all assessments levied in the same manner and at
the same time and upon the same receipt as is required in the collection of taxes
upon real estate for county purposes.
