Text
Any judge or clerk of election may
administer and certify oaths required to be administered during the progress of an
election. Before opening the polls, each judge and clerk shall take and subscribe an
oath faithfully to perform the duties imposed upon him by law. Any qualified elector
of the precinct may administer and certify said oath.
