Text
The regular election of directors of drainage
districts shall be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in January of each
alternate year, at which three directors shall be elected. The three persons
receiving the highest number of votes shall be the directors for the next succeeding
two years and until their respective successors are elected and qualified.
