§ 37-21-103 — Meetings public - quorum
Meetings of the board of directors
shall be public, and two directors shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of
business. On all questions requiring a vote there shall be a concurrence of at least
two directors. The record of the board shall be open to the inspection of the public
during business hours.
