§ 37-20-119 — Officers to qualify
On and after the date of such filing, the
organization of said district shall be complete, and the officers thereof shall
forthwith enter upon the duties of their respective offices, upon qualifying
according to law, and shall hold their respective offices until their successors are
elected and qualified.
