Text
The board of county commissioners
shall meet on the second Monday following the election and proceed to canvass the
votes cast thereat. If it appears that a majority of the votes cast are Drainage
District - Yes, the board of county commissioners shall make an order declaring
that said drainage district is duly organized under the name theretofore designated
and that the persons who receive the highest number of votes respectively are duly
elected directors of said district.
