Text
Every owner of land within said district,
who is a citizen of the United States or has declared his intention to become a
citizen of the United States and is a resident of the state of Colorado, shall be
entitled to vote at such election in the precinct where he resides, or if a nonresident
of the precinct, then in the precinct within which the greater portion of his land lies.
