Text

Any person possessing the qualifications of an applicant as defined in section 36-5-101, who on or before April 7, 1921, purchased any state lands and who has not completed payment for the same, may, if he elects, file a declaration of acceptance of the provisions of this article and proof of his qualifications and shall thereafter be considered and dealt with as an applicant under this article and shall be subject to all the limitations and receive the benefit provided for in this article.
