§ 36-5-105 — Amount of bid
No land shall be sold upon an application filed
under this article unless the applicant shall bid therefor an amount at least equal to
the appraised value thereof. Applicants and all other persons purchasing at said
sale may bid therefor in any amount in excess of said appraised value.
